Refunds and Returns for Cosmetic Products

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Products must be in the original packaging.
    • Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Gift cards.
    • Sale items.
  3. Return Process

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
  4. Refund Process
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
